The Mirage

Mirage light rays bend to produce a displaced image of distant objects in the sky. Mirage descends from the Latin word mirari, meaning “wonder at.”

The Lunar Pack

Lunar halo; a ring of light around the moon. The moon and its cycles influence water dynamics on Earth. As land stewards, we adapt to these rhythms through our farming practices. Although practicalities always reign supreme here in the vineyard, we follow lunar cycles whenever possible to optimize vine health and quality.
The Lunar pack includes various small lot cuvées of our 2023 vintage. 3 x Synoptic, 1 x Cabernet Franc, 1 x Merlot, 1 x Cabernet Sauvignon

The Solar Pack
12 bottles, once a year

Solar halo; a ring of bright light around the sun. Our signature Solar twelve-pack is inspired by the sun, the provider of life to our vines. When needed, we harness the energetic signatures of this solar force through various plant teas. Yarrow grows wild in our vineyard, and we harvest Horsetail from our neighbor’s land. Both plants contain naturally occurring high levels of sulfur and silica, which act as natural anti-fungal remedies. We limit outside inputs using what we have around the vineyard is part of our sustainable farm philosophy.
The Solar pack is for those who wish to explore the evolution of Echo Bay wines, with twelve bottles selected from our complete collection of cuvées from the current vintage: 4 x Synoptic, 2 x Cabernet Franc, 2x Merlot, 1x Cabernet Sauvignon, 1x Malbec, 1 x Carmenère, 1 x Nella (Sangiovese)
